Team Leader – Spare Parts Warehouse (Country)

About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and supervise our Spare Parts Warehouse at the country level. The role is responsible for achieving defined objectives and KPIs while ensuring high‑quality service delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Spare Parts Warehouse unit, ensuring adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and drive service delivery enhancements.
• Lead direct reports, define team objectives, plan activities, and monitor performance.
• Oversee inventory management, spare parts planning, and warehouse optimization initiatives.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, spare parts management, or logistics, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong command of English and French, both written and spoken.
