Technical Lead - Outlook Messaging / Microsoft 365

About the role
We are seeking a Technical Lead to manage and evolve Microsoft 365 Messaging Services, with a focus on Exchange Online and Outlook platforms. The role will drive architecture design, automation, security, and roadmap delivery for our messaging environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain Outlook and Exchange architecture.
- Lead automation and monitoring initiatives for messaging services.
- Support resolution of major incidents and ensure service continuity.
- Maintain and enforce messaging security standards.
- Develop and communicate technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 Messaging.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex messaging environments.
