About the role

We are seeking a Technical Lead to manage and evolve Microsoft 365 Messaging Services, with a focus on Exchange Online and Outlook platforms. The role will drive architecture design, automation, security, and roadmap delivery for our messaging environment.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain Outlook and Exchange architecture.
Lead automation and monitoring initiatives for messaging services.
Support resolution of major incidents and ensure service continuity.
Maintain and enforce messaging security standards.
Develop and communicate technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Required profile

Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 Messaging.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex messaging environments.
