Technical Sales Specialist – Indiko & Phadia Analyzer (Morocco/Mauritania)

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth of its Indiko and Phadia analyzer portfolio across Morocco and, to a lesser extent, Mauritania. You will act as the technical bridge between the company and local channel partners, ensuring successful product adoption and sustained market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in Morocco and Mauritania.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, key opinion leaders, and end‑users.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the IVD portfolio.
• Implement commercial strategies and marketing initiatives to support product growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and technical presentations.
• Support the launch and adoption of the Sentinel range while driving continued performance of Indiko analyzers.
• Ensure partners follow Thermo Fisher business plans and internal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales or field service within the IVD/medical device sector.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work independently.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
