Tender Specialist

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Tender Specialist to monitor, evaluate and manage tender opportunities in Casablanca. The role involves close collaboration with sales, finance, supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure successful tender submissions and contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities.
• Review tender requirements and assess eligibility criteria.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation within established deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of pricing proposals and commercial offers.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of tender submissions.
• Follow up on tender awards, contract execution and customer requirements.
• Maintain tender databases and prepare periodic activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Tender Management, Commercial Operations or a similar role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and French.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
