About the role
Join Arrow's Quote Associate team in Casablanca, supporting pricing, quoting and data management for electronic components. The role focuses on maintaining accurate product and pricing information while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Support new quotes, costings and strategic tenders.
- Handle pricing, special price agreements and supplier quotations.
- Create and set up new parts in Arrow's ERP system.
- Renew quotes and upload pre‑negotiated prices.
- Provide administrative support for annual pricing negotiations.
Required profile
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service, order management or sales.
- Strong communication, coordination and accountability.
- Team‑player attitude with a customer‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excel proficiency.
