About the role
Lead Test & Finishing New Product Introduction (NPI) at the BSK site, overseeing new processes, equipment, and product roll‑outs through close collaboration with Operations, BEM&T, DIV, and Quality teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive risk assessment, qualification, training and deployment of manufacturing standards such as FMEA, DOE, OCAP, Golden Parameters and IPC.
- Ensure process robustness, standardisation and change management by defining guidelines, implementing technical solutions and harmonising procedures across production lines.
Required profile
- Engineer or Master’s degree in Mechanical & Electronics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a process engineer.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualisation.
- Familiarity with risk analysis tools such as FMEA and experimental design (DOE).
