Tour Leader – Guide Guests Across Morocco

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tour Leader to accompany guests on tours and excursions across Fes and other destinations in Morocco, delivering a warm and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead guests through cultural, historical and culinary experiences while ensuring safety and high service quality.
- Coordinate daily schedules, transportation, accommodations, restaurants and activity providers, and handle any guest requests or issues.
- Maintain communication with drivers, guides, hotels and the Operations team, providing updates and reports.
- Create authentic, social‑media‑friendly content showcasing destinations and activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Tour Leader, Tour Guide, Travel Coordinator or similar tourism role.
- Strong knowledge of Fes and Moroccan culture, history and tourism experiences.
Required skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
