Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager in Mohandseen. The role covers distributors, pharmacies and cosmetic stores, driving sales growth and brand visibility while managing channel partners, loyalty programmes and point-of-sale activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that grow sales and brand visibility across distributors, pharmacies and cosmetic stores.
• Optimise channel performance and build strong relationships with channel partners.
• Set targets, performance plans and objective standards for subordinates, and analyse channel performance to find growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Design and run channel-specific strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Design, implement and manage loyalty programmes, track their performance, adjust them for better engagement and ROI, and promote them to customers.
• Analyse programme results to improve customer retention.
• Manage, follow up and analyse the commercial POS team in cosmetic stores, and work with sales and distribution teams on POS materials and displays.
• Organise and deliver training for commercial channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical industry.
• 1 to 2 years in the same role or position.
