Trading Manager – Grains & Oilseeds

About the role

Bunge Morocco is seeking a Trading Manager for Grains and Oilseeds to lead commercial activities in Casablanca. You will act as the bridge between Bunge’s global trading desks and local customers, driving growth and profitability in a competitive Moroccan market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end trading and marketing of grains and oilseeds in Morocco.
• Develop and maintain relationships with millers, feed producers, distributors and other key customers.
• Coordinate with global trading, execution, freight, finance and contract teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer portfolio and increase volumes and margins.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and supply dynamics to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in grains and oilseeds trading, origination, procurement or market analysis, preferably in Morocco.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to deliver P&L results.
• Excellent knowledge of the Moroccan agribusiness landscape and key customer segments.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic (or French) for communication with global and local stakeholders.
