Travel Sales Agent – Incoming Tourism

About the role

Atlas Outdoor, a Marrakech‑based incoming travel agency, is looking for two motivated sales agents to help create unique, tailor‑made travel experiences across Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with international tour operators and travel agencies.
• Design tailor‑made itineraries and travel programmes according to partners’ needs.
• Prepare quotations and personalised travel proposals.
• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales activities, follow‑ups and business development.
• Collaborate with reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or incoming DMC.
• Good command of both English and French (written and spoken); knowledge of Tamazight is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Morocco as a travel destination.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive and customer‑oriented with a genuine passion for travel.
