Treasury Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to support daily treasury operations, maintain accurate cash positions, and ensure compliance with internal controls. You will work closely with finance, banking partners, and vendors to keep cash flow smooth and transparent.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cash inflows and outflows, prepare daily cash flow forecasts and treasury reports.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to guarantee transaction accuracy.
• Manage customs and tax‑related activities, track invoice postings and vendor payment due dates.
• Coordinate treasury transactions such as incoming checks, bank transfers, and payment processing.
• Assist with vendor bank account setup, maintain banking documentation, and support strong bank relationships.
• Prepare documentation for internal controls, monitor bank transactions, and support audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, finance, accounting or financial risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in cash management, cash flow forecasting, treasury reporting and bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange operations is a plus.
