UX/UI Designer – Product & Marketing Experiences

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, high‑converting product and marketing experiences. You will work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to turn complex workflows into beautiful, user‑friendly interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product using Figma.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, product pages, and demo flows for marketing campaigns.
• Define, maintain, and expand a cohesive design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and run A/B experiments to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Passionate about solving real problems for B2C brands through design.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
