About the role
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast‑growing physical therapy and wellness company. The remote position involves handling patient communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar coordination.
- Respond to emails, messages, and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and record‑management tasks.
- Assist with insurance verification and patient intake processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate with therapists and office staff to streamline daily workflows.
- Provide customer support before, during, and after appointments, including follow‑ups and reminders.
- Support general office organization and administrative duties.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, wellness, or physical‑therapy setting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven customer‑service or client‑facing experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Professional remote work setup.
