About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent who can communicate fluently in French and English. The position is fully remote, allowing you to assist customers from anywhere while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in both French and English.
Assist with order issues, technical questions and general support requests.
Maintain a friendly, efficient and professional tone in every interaction.
Use Zendesk and Salesforce to log, track and resolve tickets.

Required profile

Bilingual fluency (C1/C2) in French and English, written and spoken.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO, call‑center or SaaS environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.

Required skills

Proficiency with Zendesk.
Proficiency with Salesforce.
