Visa Expert & Outbound Travel Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Casablanca focuses on advising clients about visa requirements and managing outbound travel arrangements. You will act as the main point of contact for visa applications and travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate advice on visa documentation, requirements and application procedures for multiple destinations.
• Manage end‑to‑end visa files, coordinate with embassies/consulates and track application status.
• Plan and book outbound travel services, including flights, hotels and tour packages.
• Respond to client inquiries, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of visa regulations and travel products, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and embassy/consulate processes for key international destinations.
• Experience in outbound travel operations such as itinerary planning and reservation management.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills in English and French.
• Solid administrative abilities, including file management and deadline tracking.
• Relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, international relations or a related field.
