Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from receipt to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that warehouse operations support customer requirements and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff, ensuring productivity and safety.
• Track, receive, store, and dispatch goods while verifying orders, invoices, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain records, prepare documentation, and report on warehouse performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce health and safety standards.
• Lead inventory management and coordinate equipment and fleet operations.
• Communicate with internal departments and external customers to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment to TE Connectivity’s core values and ethical conduct.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using warehouse management software.
