About the role
ALSA, a multinational bus operator with more than 20,000 employees, is recruiting a Workshop Assistant (e) for its technical department in Agadir. The post is a night shift covering 22:00 to 06:00, with handover of instructions at 06:00 and a report to the day team.
Key responsibilities
- Create, record and close work orders
- Follow the preventive maintenance plan for buses
- Control and enter daily vehicle mileage
- Track accidents, inspections and repairs
- Monitor absenteeism and manage the workshop leave calendar
- Coordinate between team leaders and the workshop head
- Give instructions at 06:00 and pass on the activity report to the day team
Required profile
- Bac+2 or higher in road vehicle maintenance or technical management
- Rigour and excellent organisational sense
- Good understanding of the technical environment
- Team spirit and service mindset
