Account Executive – Remote B2B SaaS (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our fast‑growing B2B SaaS company. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, and help SMBs streamline their recruiting processes with our automated platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, conduct live demos and handle objections.
• Perform deep discovery to map customer pain points to product features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails and design cold‑outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and create educational video content.
• Act as a product evangelist, maintaining high CRM hygiene and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS, preferably with $1K–$5K ACV.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, asynchronous communication.
• Strong live‑demo and objection‑handling abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand product use cases.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and clear voice.
• Highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
