AI Evaluation Contractor for Small Business Scenarios (French-speaking)

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking French‑speaking professionals with hands‑on experience in running or supporting small businesses to join a 10‑week AI evaluation project. You will help assess how modern AI systems handle real‑world SMB scenarios across customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts based on common small‑business situations and goals.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, reviewing both text and visual outputs.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and business relevance.
• Analyze workflows involving spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business documents.
• Provide structured comparative feedback, scoring, and complete evaluation reports.
• Test AI handling of customer communication and operational scenarios.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with practical experience in small‑business operations (e.g., bakery, salon, retail, service).
• Strong understanding of SMB workflows, marketing, finance, and research.
• Ability to upload supporting documents such as marketing visuals, CRM workflows, budget plans, and market analyses.
• Comfortable working remotely with 20‑40 hours/week and at least 4 hours overlap with PST.
