Business Analysis Intern

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Business Analysis Intern to support its global Transformation Development team. The intern will work on a portfolio of projects aimed at improving the organisation’s ability to deliver high‑impact programmes for children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying project dependencies and proposing sub‑projects to mitigate risks.
• Support the removal of roadblocks that could delay transformation initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and benefit‑cost analyses for potential new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Management Office to ensure robust project controls.
• Help document business requirements and contribute to solution design.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing, multi‑cultural environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
