Airline Sourcing Manager

About the role

Corpay is seeking an Airline Sourcing Manager for its TA Connections division, based in Morocco. The role focuses on managing accommodation and transport procurement for airline and cruise line clients, conducting market research, and building relationships with hotel and transport vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and property analysis to meet client accommodation needs.
• Run RFP processes, negotiate rates and terms with hotels and transport providers.
• Finalize contracts, fee agreements and ensure vendor compliance with client criteria.
• Monitor market trends, develop pricing comparatives and present options to stakeholders.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, maintain supplier databases and RFP tools.
• Perform hotel site visits and represent TA Connections with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate DPAX sourcing activities, including port management, supplier activation, reporting and billing.

Required profile

• Full fluency in Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• At least 2 years experience in aviation or hospitality procurement.
• Strong negotiation, financial acumen and customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.
