Operations Agent – Transfer Operations

About the role

MTS Globe is seeking a highly organized Operations Agent to manage daily transfer operations between key Moroccan destinations. The role ensures smooth coordination among providers, internal teams, and clients, maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage daily transfers, including routes between Agadir and Marrakech.
• Enter transfers manually into the TKO system and verify data accuracy.
• Import excursion and transfer error reports from the inbox.
• Close weekly groupings for both RAK and AGA and monitor monthly kilometre reports for the provider New Prestige.
• Respond to emails daily and handle calls from guests and tour operators.
• Provide information to the complaints department regarding raised issues.
• Recalculate and adjust grouping errors in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Follow up on GPS tracking for J2holidays transfers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for providers, suppliers, and incoming agencies.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English and Moroccan Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours to support operations.
• Desirable experience in a similar transfer or logistics role.
• Valid driving licence.
