APSYS Leader

About the role

The APSYS Leader drives strategic transformation at the site level, aligning with SQCD objectives and the APSYS roadmap. This senior position trains and supports teams in lean and continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring the successful deployment of APSYS across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Site Managing Director to implement strategic transformation using SQCD objectives and the APSYS roadmap.
• Train site personnel on the APSYS program, methodologies, and tools.
• Provide on‑field expertise in lean and continuous improvement tools to all departments.
• Facilitate and coordinate improvement actions to meet APSYS targets defined per métier.
• Consolidate and report deployment status to the Managing Director and APSYS Central team.
• Lead self‑assessment consolidation and organize APSYS assessment weeks, including logistics and agenda management.
• Conduct APSYS assessments at other sites and projects.
• Participate in APSYS events, webinars, and awards, and act as a trainer for global training programs (e.g., TrAMway, AQP/AQL).
• Share best practices and benchmarks within the APSYS network.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a technical or engineering field.
• Recognised expert in the relevant métier, such as senior manager or senior project manager.
