About the role
Zelenza, a Spanish technology group with more than 40 years of experience, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide SAP purchasing support. The role involves handling data entry and processing for the entire purchase cycle, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with internal technicians and external suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Create and submit purchase requisitions in SAP R3.
- Certify completed work and generate payment documents (E003).
- Track purchase orders and follow up on delivery status.
- Receive purchase requests from REDIA technicians, enter them into SAP, and forward request numbers.
- Manage area‑specific orders, forwarding them to suppliers and requesting technicians.
- Review approval requirements for service requests and redirect when necessary.
- Process certification requests, load them into the system, and notify relevant units.
- Generate periodic activity reports and perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Mid‑level Administrative Management training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio Gestión Administrativa).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or purchasing support.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
Required skills
- Experience with SAP R3 purchasing module.
- Proficiency in Windows operating system.
- User‑level competence in Microsoft Office applications.
