Bar Manager – Hotel & Lounge

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel bar and lounge in Rabat. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, driving revenue, and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee bar and lounge operations, including staff supervision and shift scheduling.
• Develop and implement menu and beverage offerings that reflect local market trends.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls for wine, beer, and spirits.
• Apply revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Plan and execute marketing, public relations, and social‑media campaigns to attract guests.
• Coordinate entertainment, events, and community outreach activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and health‑safety regulations.
• Provide training and coaching to staff to uphold service excellence.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a bar or lounge environment and lead a team.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
