About the role
AnyTech365 is looking for a bilingual French‑English Compliance Officer to join its Casablanca office. You will ensure that call‑center agents adhere to quality and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement across multiple languages.
Key responsibilities
- Enforce compliance rules and guidelines for all employees.
- Evaluate recorded calls from various geographic regions.
- Provide live coaching to staff based on call reviews.
- Identify compliance issues and report them to the Compliance Manager.
- Use compliance software to track performance and drive improvements in each language.
- Organise calibration sessions to refresh and teach compliance rules.
- Manage tickets assigned by the manager.
- Liaise with managers and stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Participate in projects related to the compliance function.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
- Previous experience in a compliance or quality assurance role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn new tools.
