About the role

The Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP) is looking for an internal candidate to head its Information Systems Security Division. The role is responsible for safeguarding MAP’s information systems against threats, vulnerabilities and incidents, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the information security governance framework (policies, charters, procedures).
• Develop, disseminate and maintain the Information Security Policy (PSSI).
• Set strategic security directions and align them with MAP’s objectives.
• Produce security dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Alert the Directorate immediately in case of critical security threats or incidents.
• Conduct risk analyses using EBIOS RM and ISO 27005 methodologies.
• Define and manage the Risk Treatment Plan (PTR).
• Implement, operate and improve the ISMS in line with ISO 27001.
• Measure control effectiveness and generate associated action plans.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity (PCA), Disaster Recovery (PRA) and IT backup plans.
• Organise crisis simulations and test exercises.
• Coordinate IT service recovery after major incidents.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Plan and lead ISMS audits.

Required profile

• Internal candidate currently employed by MAP.
• Proven experience in information security governance and risk management.
• Ability to act as the single point of reference for security matters to senior management and business units.
• Strong analytical skills and capacity to produce clear security reports.
