About the role
The Chef de Partie will supervise kitchen staff and ensure high‑quality food preparation to deliver an excellent guest and member experience at Conrad Rabat Arzana. You will also support food cost control and maintain strict hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present high‑quality dishes according to menu specifications.
- Supervise and coach kitchen staff, ensuring clean and safe work areas.
- Prepare mise‑en‑place for all relevant menus.
- Assist with food cost control, gross profit margin improvement, and other financial targets.
- Respond promptly to guest queries and maintain positive guest experiences.
- Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, health, safety, and food‑safety legislation.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie background.
- Valid commercial cookery qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3) and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork orientation.
