Clinical Support Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist will join a leading medical device company and work from Morocco to support the sales team and healthcare customers. This role combines administrative coordination, product demonstrations, and clinical training to ensure successful adoption of medical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks to keep commercial operations running smoothly.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals.
• Oversee product installations and manage the client onboarding process.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to drive performance and meet business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery and consistent service support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of engaging professional audiences.
• Proven experience training clinicians and delivering effective product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Morocco.
