Clinical Support Specialist – Medical Device Support

About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist will join a leading medical‑device company in Morocco, providing day‑to‑day support to the sales team and ensuring smooth commercial operations. You will act as the bridge between the company’s products and healthcare professionals, delivering demonstrations, training and overseeing installations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks to maintain efficient commercial processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training sessions for clinicians, nurses and other healthcare staff.
• Oversee product installations and manage the onboarding of new clients.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to drive performance and meet business targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and consistent service support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical‑device or broader healthcare industry.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of engaging professional audiences.
• Proven experience training clinicians and delivering effective product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Morocco.
