Cloud Program Analyst

About the role

As a Cloud Program Analyst you will drive and manage cloud programs across multiple regions, reporting to the Global Lead for Microsoft Modern Workplace & Copilot and collaborating with Microsoft and internal stakeholders. This role is fully operational and not technical.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global programs such as Microsoft CSP, Modern Workplace and Copilot, including funding program execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead multi‑country program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Educate and support stakeholders on cloud program capabilities and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance to identify improvement areas.
• Support governance processes and ensure compliance with internal and supplier standards.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• Project management experience in a global, multi‑country environment.
• Familiarity with Cloud/Microsoft products and services (Modern Workplace or Copilot) – highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to educate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in process optimization, documentation management, and program governance.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
