Compliance Analyst

About the role

Pay10 is seeking a detail‑oriented Compliance Analyst to join its Morocco team. You will support compliance and financial‑crime prevention activities, ensuring that the company’s payment operations stay aligned with AML/CFT regulations, sanctions requirements, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse sanctions‑screening alerts and escalate potential risks.
• Support KYC and client onboarding processes, verifying that documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Perform client risk assessments and periodic reviews.
• Monitor customer activity to detect unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and maintain compliance documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote a strong compliance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or financial‑crime roles within a bank, fintech, or financial institution.
• Good understanding of customer onboarding, KYC processes, and transaction monitoring.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT regulations and the Moroccan financial regulatory environment (Bank Al‑Maghrib).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
