Concierge Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Concierge Supervisor to lead our Guest Services team at a premier Marriott property in Rabat. The role combines direct guest interaction with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring every guest receives personalized and seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry‑cleaning, coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Handle unique guest needs, follow up to confirm satisfaction, and provide information on property amenities, local events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to the correct department (e.g., Bell, Housekeeping) for resolution.
• Review shift logs and daily memos, prioritize outstanding requests from the previous day, and document pertinent information.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest theft reports.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching team members, acting as a role model for the Open Door Policy.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and telephone etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related hospitality work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
