Credit Supervisor

About the role

Eaton’s Electrical division in Morocco is looking for a Credit Supervisor to safeguard the financial stability of the Casablanca sales organization. You will assess customer creditworthiness, manage credit risk, and drive the collection of overdue payments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily credit risk assessments and control shipments in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
• Work closely with CSR, Sales, PM and local finance to negotiate commercial terms such as payment conditions.
• Contact sales teams and customers directly to resolve disputes, settle claims and accelerate collections.
• Conduct monthly reviews of high‑risk customers and define actions to mitigate collection risk.
• Maintain strong collection efficiency and desirable Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) results.
• Provide regular, high‑quality reporting on credit and collection performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in credit and cash collection within large sales organizations.
• Proficiency in English with strong commercial writing and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in export trade or advanced data analysis and statistical skills is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel more than 40% of the time and occasional remote work as needed.
