Customer Care Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, patient and solution‑oriented Customer Care Representative to provide professional support to our customers throughout their journey with the company. The role is fully remote, allowing you to assist customers via multiple channels while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to questions and concerns.
• Assist with account‑related requests, orders, services and general issues.
• Handle complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and requests.
• Identify recurring concerns and relay feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer care, support or call‑center environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, positive and customer‑oriented attitude.
• English proficiency for supporting English‑speaking customers.
