Customer Support Specialist

About the role

inyad is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to increase the brand and product visibility by building relationships and communicating with potential customers through popular social media platforms. You will be responsible for answering customer questions as they come through email, chat, or phone, and for creating innovative ways to excite and engage customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via email, chat, phone, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
• Respond to comments and inquiries on social media, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Develop new engagement tools such as branching documentation, interactive email signatures, and proactive email campaigns.
• Maintain and update documentation related to customer support processes.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Classical Arabic, French, and English.
• Highly rigorous, punctual, and well‑organized.
