Customs Management Administrator

About the role

The Customs Management Administrator ensures that all import and export customs documentation is accurately prepared, classified and compliant with Moroccan customs and tax regulations. You will act as the main liaison between clients, internal sites and the Customs and Tax Administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and follow up on customs files and provisional declarations.
• Record transactions, update the BADR system and archive documents.
• Attend inspections, coordinate customs operations with clients and internal entities.
• Handle discrepancies, complaints and administrative follow‑up of customs files.
• Monitor due payments, prepare reservation letters and conduct customs‑related research.

Required profile

• Bac+2 in customs, international trade, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs administration within transport and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan customs regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customs management software.
• Experience using the BADR system.
