Data Analyst

About the role

ALTEN MAROC is seeking a Data Analyst to join its growing team of technology and engineering professionals. You will work closely with business units to translate their needs into actionable KPIs and reporting solutions, using the Power BI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and convert them into KPI definitions and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Create efficient DAX measures and implement data transformations with Power Query.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports and data models.
• Build user‑friendly visualisations that support decision‑making.
• Participate in the automation and industrialisation of reporting processes.
• Collaborate with business teams and Data Engineering to identify and use appropriate data sources.
• Document KPIs, data models, and dashboards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar data‑analysis or BI role.
• Strong ability to understand functional needs and translate them into relevant indicators.
• Good knowledge of data governance and data‑quality principles.
