Dutch/Flemish Customer Service Agent (English)

About the role

Join a leading Belgian energy supplier as a Dutch/Flemish Customer Service Agent based in Tangier. You will assist private and commercial clients through phone and email, handling inquiries about account data, meter readings, contracts, invoices and annual settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client questions via phone and email in Dutch/Flemish and English.
• Process changes to customer data, record meter readings and update contract information.
• Provide information on invoices and perform independent analysis of annual settlements.
• Maintain high service quality and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish with working proficiency in English.
• Service‑oriented, result‑driven and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, strong social skills and empathy towards customers.
• Computer‑savvy and comfortable using call‑centre tools.
• Willingness to live in Morocco or relocate shortly.
