Dutch‑speaking IT Support Agent (Cybersecurity)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking technical support agent with a focus on cybersecurity to join our Casablanca office. You will provide first‑level assistance to customers, handling calls, remote sessions, and electronic requests while ensuring a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, provide remote assistance, and respond to electronic support tickets.
• Apply best‑practice procedures to deliver first‑level support promptly.
• Perform remote clean‑ups as instructed and resolve issues on the first call whenever possible.
• Document incidents accurately in the support database.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving information and processes within the support department.
• Maintain a positive attitude, high responsibility, and adherence to operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar technical support role.
• Fluent Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Diligent, punctual, proactive, and committed to quality work.
