Engineering Technician – Lab Validation

About the role

Versigent is seeking an Engineering Technician to support laboratory validation activities for its CME Lab. You will work on cable and connector processes, ensuring that new equipment and procedures meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform crimp, splice, sealing, cable and soldering validations in the CME Lab.
• Provide training on specific processes and support SOP development for plant operations.
• Test new equipment for capability analysis and conduct preventive maintenance on CME equipment and facilities.
• Operate CME Lab equipment for daily activities and assist in developing new process solutions.
• Execute cable and terminal test release processes.
• Handle and store chemicals safely and manage waste collection circuits.

Required profile

• Specific laboratory training with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with laboratory processes and safety procedures.
