Executive Housekeeper – Lead Hospitality Operations

About the role

As an Executive Housekeeper at Hilton, you will lead all housekeeping activities, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and comfort that define exceptional hospitality. You will manage teams, budgets, and standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Maintain high‑quality cleanliness and service standards in rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects.
• Drive team engagement, performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and chemical usage regulations.
