Finance Supervisor – Accounts Receivable

About the role

TCL Technology, a global leader in consumer electronics, is expanding its operations in Morocco and seeks a Finance Supervisor to lead the Accounts Receivable function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure accurate invoicing, cash flow management, and compliance with Moroccan accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, reconciliation, posting, payment tracking and collections.
• Monitor overdue receivables, collaborate with sales teams for timely recovery, and perform aging analysis.
• Verify and record all incoming payments (bank transfers, cash, cheques) and reconcile them with customer evidence.
• Prepare and verify payment vouchers, support payroll calculations, and handle CNSS and personal income tax declarations.
• Manage VAT, CIT and other tax calculations and ensure timely filings.
• Liaise with banks, tax authorities, CNSS, SAP, and suppliers to resolve financial issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and financial operations.
• Solid knowledge of Moroccan accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP system) – strong advantage.
