Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Manager at Aspire Pre-Flight Hospitality, you will lead the commercial and product strategy for our lounge F&B offering. You will combine product management expertise with operational oversight to ensure a world‑class guest experience across our global network of executive lounges.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the strategy for all beverage and commercially sourced food products across the lounge network.
• Design, source, and execute beverage menus (wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks, coffee & tea) and retail/packaged food offerings that reflect the Aspire brand.
• Collaborate with the Global F&B Director and Culinary Manager to align on a cohesive F&B vision and emerging consumer trends.
• Manage key supplier relationships, lead negotiations, ensure contract compliance, and achieve quality‑cost targets.
• Oversee non‑culinary product ordering, delivery schedules, and inventory control to minimise waste.
• Create and audit SOPs for F&B delivery and service, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with licensing laws.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality F&B product management and commercial strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supplier negotiation and cost optimisation.
• Ability to oversee operational processes, inventory control, and SOP implementation.
• Experience supporting global expansion and maintaining brand standards across multiple sites.
