Hospitality Development & Concept Associate

About the role

Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Development & Concept Associate to support the creation of bespoke hotel projects and experiential concepts. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will work remotely while collaborating with department heads to shape stories that reflect the brand’s values of connection, innovation, curation, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality presentations and concept proposals for hotel projects and hospitality opportunities.
• Create moodboards and source visual references, lifestyle imagery, architecture, design, and ambiance inspirations.
• Contribute to narrative development and English copywriting aligned with Kerten Hospitality’s tone.
• Research and analyse hospitality trends, destinations, operators, and market dynamics.
• Support identification and preliminary assessment of potential hotel assets and development opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate positioning, ecosystem, accessibility, lifestyle potential, and market context.
• Assist with benchmarking, mapping exercises, competitive analysis, and preparation of internal strategic documents.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, architecture, design, branding, real estate, consulting, or business development.
• Strong storytelling ability in written English.
• Good visual culture and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Genuine interest in hospitality, travel, architecture, and real estate.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
