HR Business Partner – Hypermarket

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be attached to the store management team and will ensure the implementation of the group’s HR strategy at the hypermarket level. You will act as a bridge between HR policies and daily store operations, supporting the business with people‑related expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR and social affairs processes in compliance with Moroccan labor law.
• Manage employee relations and handle social dialogue with unions and staff representatives.
• Draft professional documents, internal communications, and legal notices.
• Identify training and recruitment needs, create job descriptions, post ads, and coordinate selection processes.
• Monitor and report on HR performance indicators and KPI dashboards for the store.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR administration, social affairs, recruitment or training.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse staffing needs and design appropriate training or hiring plans.
