HR Manager – Talent & Performance Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Berrechid, Morocco. You will drive the implementation of our HR strategy, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while respecting local regulations. This role focuses on talent management, performance excellence, and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the company’s HR strategy in line with global standards and local labor laws.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, talent development, and leadership programs.
• Partner with functional leaders to design succession plans and organizational growth strategies.
• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing (outsourced) and related administrative tasks.
• Promote a culture of accountability, high performance, and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on employee satisfaction initiatives and organizational culture building.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience working with a European multinational is a plus.
• Strong autonomy, hands‑on approach, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and good knowledge of Moroccan labor law.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Berrechid.
