IS Business Application Support (M/F)

About the role

Join Valeo's Information Systems department as an IS Business Application Support professional. You will work closely with the IT helpdesk, site key users and regional IT centers to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing tools and drive the deployment of new digital standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operation of local manufacturing tools for production, quality and maintenance reporting.
• Deploy Group standards related to MES, Factory of the Future, and upcoming initiatives.
• Provide barcode (Barflow) and EDI support, acting as KUser for logistics and supplier interfaces.
• Apply Valeo quality‑management tools (Red Alert, ISQC, LLC) for incident handling.
• Follow Valeo methodology (ISPM) for rollout projects and group deployments.
• Assist newcomers and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems or a technical engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Motivation to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Google Workspace cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with barcode solutions (Barflow) and EDI processes.
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
