About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented IT Project Coordinator to support our project managers in delivering AI and IT initiatives. Based in Rabat, you will ensure smooth information flow, maintain project documentation and help uphold PMO standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation and reporting.
- Maintain project repositories, enforce naming conventions and version control.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and action items.
- Track deliverables, milestones, RAID logs and change requests.
- Update status reports, dashboards and compile KPI metrics for PMO reporting.
- Support process improvement, resource tracking and tool administration (MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint).
- Facilitate project onboarding, knowledge transfer and lessons‑learned capture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a PMO environment.
- Exposure to IT or technology projects; government or enterprise experience is a plus.
- CAPM certification preferred; PMO or MS Office certifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is beneficial.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA and SharePoint.
